The Ups and Downs of Life

So yesterday I had my bedroom furniture delivered. I love it, now I am just waiting for my bed spread to show up. Look how cute it is, I think it is totally my style.

So now this morning I was walking out to my car as I do every morning, but had to take a second look to make sure it was actually my car. This is what I came out to. Yes a hit and run, luckily someone saw it happen and got the licence plate number, and called the police, but who knows what will really happen. I could think of much cooler things to spend $500 dollars on than an insurance detectable. Wish us luck. Now I know why our car insurance more than doubled when we moved from Utah to Nevada.

The Decision Has Been Made

Thanks to everyone that gave me your input on which bed spread to get. I ordered it last night and the winner was #2. I am so excited to have my new bedroom set delivered tomorrow. Yes I finally get one, i have waited for years and years.

So on Wednesday I am having a very special surprise delivered. I need to pick one of these to go on it when it gets here... I love them all, but I can't make up my mind.

An update on the previous post... Mmmmm Cookies

Well while I was so proudly blogging about my lovely cookies I had made, Macie thought they looked good too. Apparently the chair was not all the way tucked in at the kitchen table. As I had just finished posting my blog the thought popped into my head, "I hope Macie is not eating the cookies" So I stood up to walked out and see her standing on the table with cookies dumped off onto the chair and floor. I did notice that she liked the regular flavored frosting vs the strawberry flavor... All I know now is that I have half as many cookies and will probably be up late with my little friend Macie. Like I have said a million times before, it is a good thing she is cute!

And this is the reason we keep her. Isn't she just precious?

Mmmm Cookies

As many of you may know my most favorite cookie is the sugar cookie. I don't make these very often because of the mess I make to get the final product. This only happens like once a year so we had better enjoy them. They also turned out a little better than last years Easter cookies. I actually bought some decorating tips. The Easter ones got decorated with zip lock bags with a hole in the end. Look at us moving up in the world ;) Mmmmm

Macie

Well last year on Valentines Day we got our sweet little Macie. I can't believe it has already been a year. She keeps us on our toes. She has been such a good friend for Molly and for us as well. She is so pretty and loves to cuddle with us. She is my little baby for now. She loves when I hold her as a baby, but Molly gets jealous... Seriously they are like our kids. We say that it is a good thing she is pretty cute otherwise she would be living on the street. She is very neurotic and has to have a snack right before bed, wake up at 2 a.m. have breakfast right at 5:30 or 6:00 or she runs around in circles on our bed. She is always so excited to see us when we get home. She makes us feel so loved. We love you Macie!!!

Molly and Macie have not changed they still play like this all day long!

It's Been 100 Days

Yep we have officially been in school for 100 days. In Kindergarten we celebrate things like this. First we (well most of us) counted to 100, then we made 100 glasses, and topped the celebration off with cupcakes with the number 100 on them. What a fun way to start off the week on a Monday. Isn't my class cute in their glasses?
